Concentrating
hard while doing some second hand account investigation about tenants and
landlords, generally I have a few opinions. From a moral standpoint, if you
have the means to pay your landlord what he or she is obligated to receive from
you in payment, then do that. Do not take advantage of your landlord especially
if he or she is a pleasant person. Now, I’m not saying that all folks do this and,
it needs to yield. Moreover, landlords have to be educationally organized because
there are landlords that allow tenants to dwell in such conditions that are unfit
for a human being and the nature of the free world. Tenants should not have to
occupy a rented home that has excessive mold on walls, bedrooms, etc. Also,
taking into account again what I talked about earlier on about tenants preying
on nice landlords, do not expect to go through all the necessary legal-footwork
to rent out a personal space from your landlord and not pay any rent. So, now
we are off the subject about tenants having money and choosing not to spend
their money to pay rent, I’m talking about tenants that actually think it’s
mature to not pay for rent but just their luxuries and alleged needs, not
acceptable. In adding on to these unlawful expecting tenants, some of them
cause ridiculous chaos for their landlords because they on some grounds have to
feed from their pockets to pay for tenant removal officers or legal actions to
legally proceed in evicting their tenants. Adding more to crazy chaos from
expecting tenants, few of them physically threaten their landlords which defies
basic common sense.
