It's depressing learning about how people take care of animals by beating them or better yet, starving them until they're more bone then flesh and unfortunately, adding to all of this is much more worse, the fact that we abuse nature like a cat does a scratching post, nature is our friend not our enemy. A tree is similar to a human being. It has life but also an important contribution to the world we live upon. People don't know that carving their childhood crush's name with a heart around it into a tree actually does more harm then good. The bark of a tree is like the outer layer of skin on a human being and it is meant to protect what's inside the body from becoming exposed to dangers. If you carve too deep into the bark of a tree, you will begin to end the life of something so precious and valuable. The inside of a tree has layers like organs of a human being.
